My heartfelt thanks for visiting  CompanyB.

I was born in Germany.  My parents decided to come to New York, when I was just two years old.

Mom and Dad each had their own very unique way of learning the English language.

My father had this little book with questions to ask in English, but, couldn’t understand the answer.  That little book was given to him while he was a POW in the USA. He eventually went to evening classes.

Mom said that she watched TV and read the actors lips.  She taught herself how to read.  Her first book in English was “The Scarlet Letter” by Hawthorne.

Most of my growing up time was spent on Long Island where my father had a house built on an acre of property.  We had a tennis court, played basketball, grew vegetables and had the best looking front lawn on the street.

After I graduated college I taught for approximately ten years.  Lived and worked both in Germany and Japan.

My first love has always been art. 

Inspiration comes from so many different places and odd moments.
